Individual Therapy

Our individual therapy services provide a safe, confidential space for children, adolescents, and adults to explore personal challenges and work toward emotional well-being. Licensed or licensed-eligible clinicians use evidence-based approaches to help clients develop coping skills, improve self-awareness, and foster personal growth. Sessions are tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

Family Therapy

Our family therapy services support families in strengthening communication, resolving conflict, and building healthier relationships. Licensed or licensed-eligible therapists guide families through structured sessions that address concerns, improve understanding, and promote positive interaction patterns. Services are tailored to each family’s dynamics and goals while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

Couples Counseling

Our couples counseling services support committed couples in strengthening communication, improving interpersonal dynamics, and building healthier relationships. Licensed or licensed-eligible therapists guide couples through structured curricula specifically designed to address concerns related to relationships. AnchorPoint is also pleased to offer premarital counseling.

Community Based Counseling Services

For individuals who qualify for funding through the Children's Services Act, AnchorPoint is able to accept referrals for community based interventions including mentoring, parent coaching, supervised visitation, and home based counseling. Referrals for these services are accepted through case managers and social workers. AnchorPoint is contracted with Albemarle County FAPT and available to contract with Charlottesville City FAPT.
